Something in you is ready. Even if You're not sure what that means Yet.

A six-month coaching journey — into clarity, into authenticity, into what's next.

The invitation

You have worked hard. You are capable, driven, intentional. You know how to build things, solve problems, push through. And yet — something feels off. Something is ready to change. You can sense it, even if you don't have the words for it yet.

You may be in a transition, where the old way of being no longer serves you, but the new one hasn't quite taken shape yet. You're somewhere in between — and you have probably tried to think your way through it. And thinking helps. But on its own, it's no longer sufficient. There's a particular kind of stuck that more thinking can't fix — not because you're not smart enough, but because you need to see from a different place than the one you have been circling in your mind.

If any of this resonates — please read on. Maybe this is for you.

What this is

Coaching was always going to be part of what I offer. Earlier this year, the time felt right — and I began my professional coaching certification through San Francisco-based New Ventures West, one of the oldest and most respected coaching schools in the world, with nearly four decades of history.

It felt like home immediately — not just because of its pedigree, but because of the questions it asks. The approach, Integral Coaching, doesn't just ask how can this person get better at what they already do. It asks who is this person — and what deeper ways of being might be available to them, beyond just different ways of doing. It looks at the whole person: the mind — yes, the wonderful, capable mind — but also the body, the emotions, and the deeper currents beneath behavior. It integrates a lot of what I've come to believe through my own journey.

As part of my certification in Integral Coaching, I am now opening the space to work with a small number of clients over approximately six months, with a minimum of ten sessions, one-on-one. It's not just about achieving goals — it's an invitation to ask a different question along the way: not just did I get what I wanted, but how does life feel now? As this work is part of my certification, it's available at an intentionally accessible investment.

Sessions are approximately 60–90 minutes, held remotely via Zoom. Coaching is always at the center — that's where we do the core work. Most sessions will also include a somatic or breathwork element, drawing on my experience as a breathwork facilitator, to deepen and integrate what emerges — if and when it feels right for you. We always shape the session around what's alive for you in that moment.

Who this is for

This is for founders, leaders, and any individual at an inflection point or in transition. People who know how to build things — careers, companies, lives. And who are sensing that the next chapter requires something the last one didn't. Not just more doing, but a different way of being. This is for people who want to keep working toward what they want — and also want the process of getting there to feel different. More fulfilling. More like a dance than a grind.

You don't need to know exactly what you're working toward. But you do need to be willing to look honestly at what's present in your life right now — the challenges, the patterns — so that together we can work out a vision that moves you toward what feels both empowering and fulfilling.

This is a six-month journey, a minimum of ten sessions. The cadence is flexible — but I do ask for your commitment. That means showing up for the sessions, and being willing to do some of the work in between. Not hours of preparation, but a genuine willingness to sit with what emerges, to reflect, and to stay engaged with the process between calls. If this resonates, I want to hear from you.

What I bring

Years of experience in corporate strategy — including with UBS and BCG, working with leaders navigating complexity, and building things that matter. And years of mentoring others in similar roles — which taught me as much about the value of that kind of guidance as it did about its limits. Passing on what you know only takes someone so far.

Which is why my experience as a breathwork facilitator matters just as much here. Holding space for people in some very vulnerable and transformative moments of their lives develops a different kind of muscle — one that listens not just to what is said, but to what is underneath it.

And then there is my own journey — through exactly the kind of transition many of the people I imagine working with are navigating. I know this territory, and how uncertain it may feel at times, from my own lived experience.

Investment

$50–100 per session, sliding scale based on your capacity. A minimum of ten sessions over approximately six months — total investment of $500–1,000 for the engagement. I ask for a real investment because I ask for a real commitment — to the process, and to yourself.

I'm also open to trading — if money is a genuine barrier but you offer something of real value, let's talk. Professional services, somatic work, creative skills, or something else entirely. As long as there's a genuine exchange behind it, I'm open to the conversation.

We'll find the right fit together in our intro call. If neither feels straightforward, mention it — I'd rather find a way than lose the right person.

How to begin

A free 30-minute intro call, without commitments.

We'll talk about where you are, what feels present, and what you're navigating. And we'll figure out together whether this is the right fit — for both of us. If it is, great. If it isn't, we'll both have the chance to say so.
