Hi, I’m Csaba.

If you feel stuck — caught in cycles of anxiety, fear, or frustration despite knowing where you want to go — you’re not alone. I’ve been there, and I believe the way forward is already within you.

As a corporate strategy consultant, I spent years helping organizations build clear roadmaps to success. But real progress, I discovered, isn’t just about strategy or pushing harder — it’s about removing what stands in the way and restoring our natural movement toward growth.

My own journey of deep personal exploration led me back towards flow, clarity, and purpose.

Today, my mission is to guide individuals and organizations clear internal blockages and unlock meaningful, lasting change — with more alignment, more ease, and more impact.

What is breathwork?

“The breath is always with us — and it’s one of the most powerful tools we have.”

Breathwork is the practice of using conscious, intentional breathing to support well-being — physically, emotionally, and mentally.

It’s rooted in ancient traditions across the world — from yogic pranayama to Tibetan breath meditation — and today, it's being rediscovered as a powerful tool for transformation.

Through the breath, we can:

  • Release stress and emotional tension

  • Regulate energy and mood

  • Access deeper insight and healing

There are many forms of breathwork — from short daily breathing techniques that restore balance, to deeper journeys that create profound shifts.

I’m a 400-hours certified Breathwork Facilitator through Alchemy of Breath, one of the world’s most respected and comprehensive breathwork schools.

This isn’t a weekend workshop — it’s a rigorous, year-long training grounded in trauma awareness, ethics, anatomy, emotional integration, and nervous system regulation. My work is rooted in safety, depth, and respect for the breath’s intelligence.
